Making a return with Corset Story is simple and fast if you follow the process detailed below. We ship to fans all over the world and our returns logistics is complex. Follow the simple steps below will ensure we can process your return quickly and accurately.

STEP 1

To submit a Returns Request click here and follow the onscreen instructions.  


You will need your order number and shipping address postcode to fill out your return.

PLUS YOUR PACKING SLIP, ORDER NUMBER AND NAME



Package your goods up, feel free to use the same mailing bag you received your order in.


Please include the original packing slip or note of your name and returns number.

PLACE YOUR LABEL ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PARCEL


Follow the instructions which are provided during the returns process for sending your parcel.  


You will either need to drop the parcel at a local drop off point or the parcel will be collected from you.

ONCE YOU PARCEL ARRIVES WITH US


You will be notified when we receive your parcel. You will be provided with your refund or sent your exchange.
