Instant Shape Size Chart

Our sizing chart below is to be used with your body measurements. "Instant Shape" corsets are rated to a 2" Waist Reduction and are to be worn with at least a 2" gap at the back. This is already factored in to our size chart. Simply select the Corset Size that corresponds with Your Natural Waist Measurement.  

Corsets are fully adjustable at the back. You can "Open" or "Close" the lacing at the Bust, Waist & Hip independently for the perfect fit. Our patterns have been developed and tested to fit a variety of body shapes using these adjustments.

The majority of the tension running through a corset is focused on the waist. This makes the waist the critical measurement when sizing your corset. The hip and bust can be "Opened" or "Closed" to fit provided the waist is accurate.

Almost perfect

I ordered 18 corsets total from the 6 for 1 deals that have been going on. I love all of my corsets except for one. That one is the "historically Inspired Blue Corset Top." The fabric is beautiful but the fit is unwearable. The straps are way too short and my arms barely fit into the holes for them. The corset digs into the armpits to a painful degree. Also, the top of the bodice flares out awkwardly because its cut to go over the chest but sits on the collarbone because of the too short straps. I'm going to attempt to cut the straps and make them longer to see if that will make it fit right. The corset button up shirts I got had a similar problem, with them digging into the armpits, but its to a much lesser extent and is wearable. In the case of these, its not too short of a strap (the collar area is a bit too long actually) but the boning on the sides comes up too far. These are not custom corsets, though, so its not surprising to have some minor fit issues like this. All my other corsets fit perfectly. The fabric and styles are awesome and I am a mostly happy customer.
I had to wait a very long time for my last set of 6. I ordered in October, with an expected preorder delivery date of Nov. I did not receive them until Feb. I thought communication on the delays was lacking. I had to reach out to them several times to find out where my order was and get a new expected delivery date (Each time, I was given a new date that was then missed as well with no contact from them). Customer service was helpful when I contacted them, but I should not have had to chase them down after months of delays to find out information on my order.
